(Therapy)
APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.
The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 53 minutes. It is up to you, however, to determine the length of time of your sessions. Requests to change the 53-minute session needs to be discussed with the therapist in order for time to be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge IF NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
(Workshops)
Time is booked in advance and held for you exclusively. If you cannot make the workshop you paid & registered for and you cancel within 10 business days of the start date, you will be released from any obligation to pay for the time you booked. If you need to cancel with less than 10 business days’ notice, you are responsible for paying for the time you booked. The exception to this is a life-threatening emergency.
If you signed up for a workshop, please note that time has been reserved, manuals have been ordered on your behalf, other costs have been incurred, and other couples may have been turned away due to lack of space. Therefore, cancellations are costly, and because of this, the following stipulations apply:
If you cancel with less than 10 business days of the start date, you can apply the entire fee toward a future workshop. If you cancel with more than two weeks’ notice, you will receive a refund minus $100 for administrative costs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
