Treatment Approach/Philosophy: At heart, I aim to be an agent for change. I love moments of new awareness among people — shifts in thinking that allow for meaningful and lasting change among people who have previously felt stuck or stymied. I feel privileged to join people’s journeys by helping them face past challenges and heal old wounds, allowing them to thrive in the present and embrace the future. To facilitate your journey toward the quality of life and relationships you desire, I use the Imago workshop model. A passion of mine is working with folks and couples in remission and/or long-term recovery from substance abuse and/or codependency. I am deeply supportive of those in 12-step programs; recognizing the powerful, positive impact of such programs on people and families, I welcome those who hope to integrate The Steps in their workshop experience. I love working with individuals, families, and all couples committed to the quality of their relationships, finding, giving, and keeping the love they desire.
